Pacquiao win lose or draw is a winner

Pacquiao vs Cotto Online Live Streaming
When Manny Pacquiao stormed onto the field some years back, there were a lot of people asking, "Who is this guy?" Well everyone knows who he now. Pacquiao has been doing his thing as a pro since 1995, but it really wasn't until 2003 when he put himself onto the boxing map via 11th round TKO over legend Marco Antonio Barrera.

Almost 6 years later the man from General Santos City is still shaking up the boxing world.

Back in 1995 when Manny Pacquiao made his pro debut, he was only about 106lbs. People tend to forget just how light this man was when he made his debut onto the professional ranks of boxing. Amazing when you consider that his next fight will be against a full fledged 146lb welterweight.

HBO's Harold Lederman recently said, " The amazing thing about Manny Pacquiao is his ability to keep moving up in weight, and to do it so successfully." So what does Manny Pacquiao have to lose by fighting, and whooping these big fellas? If he would have lost to Oscar De La Hoya, people for the most part would have shrugged their shoulders and said, "Oh well, that's no surprise look at how much bigger Oscar is." The same will pretty much apply this go around with Cotto. If by chance Cotto does beat Manny Pacquiao, it would be a top welterweight getting a victory over a guy that was 106lbs when he made his debut as a pro boxer.

Pacquiao has put himself into a wonderful position. He is approaching the final chapters of his career, he has nothing else to prove to anyone. He has made more money than he will ever need in his lifetime, and has risen to international stardom. Win, lose, or draw, Manny Pacquiao is a winner. Sure a loss to Cotto will be tough for his fans to swallow because they are not used to seeing him lose. But when you look at the grand scheme of things, a loss would be a small blip on the radar screen. Pacquiao would move on, perhaps rematch Cotto, and perhaps finish off an illustrious career against Floyd Mayweather Jr. It's a win win situation for Pacquiao, and he has earned it.
