Nasty Pacquiao headlines! Fact or fiction?

Save some of these nasty headlines. Tape them to your refrigerator. Show them to your grandchildren. Heck, show them to the guy at the next desk that wrote off Manny Pacquiao.

That he couldn't handle the pressure. That he was so weak, that he fell pray to the leeches in his own inner circle and didn't listen to his trainer Freddie Roach when he really needed to, when he was vulnerable.

For instance:

1. Is Floyd Mayweather, Jr the best?
2. Is Roach right? Has Pacquiao's head been turned from the ring?
3. Manny Pacquiao: Is he taking Miguel Cotto lightly?
4. O, Canada, Pacquiao considers Vancouver as training site
5. Pacquiao over rules Roach
6. No rift with Roach

These are just a few. From Friday September 4!

Tell me nothing is going on. I didn't see this this even a couple of weeks ago, The natives and media are getting restless for or from something. What is it? Something has happened. Is it real or imagined?

Have both philboxing.com and Pacland gone haywire?

If the fight were in 24 hours, it would already be a top 20 highest grossing revenue fights off all time and we really have nine weeks to go until November 14. So it's not about the money.

Well, maybe how it gets distributed inside team Pacquiao, and who's in the VIP line at the breakfast buffet Sunday morning November 15 and who's looking for a ride to McCarran Airport in Las Vegas for the trip back to Gen San. It's the little things.

Pacquiao needs some addition by subtraction. He needs some heads to roll in his camp. He needs to shut up publicly.

Pacquiao shouldn't say anything until the New York press conference Thursday (open to the public at Yankee Stadium) and then he needs to lay down the law that he won't be discussing it again. Ever.
