BAGUIO CITY – Malacañang wanted the implementation of tighter security measures in the on-going training of Filipino boxing sensation Manny Pacquiao at the Shape Up Gym inside the Cooyeesan Hotel here to prevent undue destructions from his thousands of fans wanting to have a glimpse of him just for a moment.
Representative Mauricio G. Domogan disclosed President Arroyo recently called him up to remind him of the tighter security measures to be imposed in the training venues of the pound for pound star.
According to Domogan, he already relayed to concerned police and city officials the concern of the president so that they could already institute the necessary changes to their security preparations for the whole duration that the Team Pacquiao is in the city.
